7/19/12 – 16th of Middle Summer

Purchases for today: rabbit feed – $13.99/50lb, chicken feed – $13.99/50lb, and oyster shell – $9.99/50lb. Three eggs today. From the same pen as yesterday. Need to think about what to do with the other pen. I know the chickens

7/4/12 – 1st day of Middle Summer

I cleaned the incubator last night and set it up. This morning I filled it with water and set 28 eggs. Need to check the water level every day. Egg candleing needs to be done on the 11th and 18th.
