The house plans came in the mail this weekend. They look pretty good. I am planning on redrawing them in CAD, so they really just serve as a reference. The structure of the plan is fine, but the rooms can be improved
The work out plan is based off of the National Institute on Aging and the President’s Challenge. Five days of the week are dedicated to exercising. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are cardio days and require at least one hours worth of walking. Tuesday and Thursday are strength days and require one hour on the weight machines or calisthenics. The actual days might be shifting around to 3 days strength and 2 days of cardio.
The diet plan is pretty basic at this point. It consists of reducing portions, increasing the amount of whole grains, and including vegetarian and fish options. The next step is to look into intermittent fasting.
The work out plan, diet plan, and the house plan are related. I will not be able to build the house in my current condition. So it’s time to get back into shape.
