Canned 13 quarts of tomatoes. Cooked about 3 gallons of frozen tomatoes overnight and ran thru ricer. Packed the jars full of whole tomatoes and used the cooked ones to fill the jars. Added salt and citric acid. Processed at

Canning sweet potatoes. Each quart jar is filled with peeled raw sweet potatoes. Each jar got 1 tsp of salt and then topped of with boiling water. Processed at 15 lbs for 90 minutes. So far I have 14 quarts.
